Part 1
Spot your blockers

Run the Voice / Mood / Body scan to identify what’s actually stopping your creation: Your inner language, your emotional state, or your nervous system. You’ll leave with at least one clear shift that strategically opens the path immediately.


Part 2
Center your energy

Enter a generative creative state and build your personal 4-Layer Creative Map based on Body, Mind, Psyche, Meaning. You’ll learn how to recognize your creative states, return to them on purpose, and stop relying on “random inspiration.”

Take Action

Close with a short Next Step ritual to choose one true action, and turn it into a simple 14-day repeatable loop. This is how agency becomes consistency, and consistency becomes real creation in the world.

Do I need to be creative?

No. “Creative” isn’t a type of person it’s a relationship you build. You’ll map what blocks your flow and create a repeatable loop to bring it back.

Do I need to share personal stuff?

No. Cameras are optional, sharing is always your choice, and we don’t give advice or “fix” each other. It’s guided self-observation and practice, not therapy.

How does it work (live / Zoom)?

It’s live on Zoom with step-by-step guidance. You’ll do short individual reflections, plus optional small-group sharing in breakouts.
